Oct 29, 2018 to Nov 3, 2018

The Khaitan School observed Vigilance Awareness Week- 2018 from October 29 to Nov 3, 2018 under the directives of CBSE. The theme of the week long celebrations was “Eradicate Corruption- Build a new India”. Various activities were conducted in the school to create awareness amongst school students about the ill-effects of corruption.

29 Oct 2018 : 1. A Poster making competition was conducted for students of Class VI-VIII and Cartoon making for Class IX-XII on the given theme in collaboration with Oil India Ltd.

  1. A workshop was conducted on “Ethics and Integrity during Exams” for students of class X-XII by Ms. Sushree Sahu,an alumni of King’s College London and currently the Head of Psychology, Department of Mental Health and Behavioural sciences, Manas Ganga Clinic Noida.
  2. Integrity pledge was administered by students and teachers of the school.

30 Oct, 2018 : Middle and Senior wing students participated in a Drawing competition on the topic “ Corruption Free India” in collaboration with Indian Overseas Bank.

31 Oct, 2018 : A prize distribution ceremony was organized by officials of IOB for winners of Drawing Competition. A song was presented by students on “Unity and Integrity”

2 Nov, 2018 : The students of Integrity Club of the school sensitized the students to imbibe ethical values and explored the ill-effects of corruption.

The Event signified the importance of Integrity and Honesty in our daily life and implications of being vigilant against corruption.
