Road Safety Program

The Khaitan School organized a Road Safety programme on 3rd & 4th October 2018 for the students of class VI to IX under the aegis of Toyota- a prime manufacturer of automobiles.  The programme started with a pre-test to check the knowledge of students on the subject.  This was followed by an audio visual presentation on road safety emphasizing on Do’s and Don’ts while one was on the road, details of traffic signals and an open interaction with the students. The session ended with a post-test on the subject to check the learning outcome and knowledge gained by the students followed by the distribution of road safety booklets. Further to it, selection test was conducted for the students of class IX.  The qualifying students would be further participating in the State and National level competition conducted by Toyota.  A special training program was imparted for the teachers to empower them to conduct and organize similar programmes for the students in future under the guidance of Toyota Road Safety Programme. It was an informative and unique programme which saw the participation and involvement of students along with teachers under one roof on the subject – Road Safety
