An alumni of Birla High School, Kolkata and St. Xaviers College, Kolkata, Mr. Gangesh Khaitan, has been involved with establishing and managing CBSE schools for decades. Besides establishing and managing industries all throughout his life, Mr. Khaitan has a natural bent of mind towards pre-school and K-12 school education. Over the years his dynamic leadership has steered The Khaitan School to a center of prominence amongst the top schools of Delhi NCR. Besides being an integral part of the establishment of this school, he was also instrumental in establishing Khaitan Public School (Ghaziabad).
Under his guidance, Khaitan Pre-School was established in 2013 which is now a top ranked pre school in Noida as per Education World Magazine Survey, Education Today magazine and numerous organisations that have felicitated us for the super education we impart.
Mr. Khaitan is an accomplished golfer and has been the Captain of the Indian National Team as an amateur and as a Senior amateur over the past few decades. He has also been featured in the Limca Book of Records (2020) for being the only Indian ever to have represented India internationally in golf for 50-years! He has also won the all India Senior Golf Championship in 2015 and 2019.
With a dream to transform the educational scenario of the country as an educationist, Ms Rina Singh believes in equipping young thinkers and creators with a vision that enables them to fearlessly take their first steps on new revolutionary roads.
Born and brought up in the city of joy, Kolkata, Ms Rina Singh holds an honors degree in History from Loreto College, Kolkata and was also declared the University topper in Modern History at the Post Graduate level with M Phil to her credit. Ms Singh is highly educated and holds multiple other degrees like post-graduation diploma in Education Management, diploma in School Management & Administration from Symbiosis, Pune, degree in Human Rights from Delhi University in addition to a degree in Journalism and Mass communication from Bharati Vidya Bhawan, Mumbai. Recipient of the Enterprising Leadership Award and Rotary Club Scholarship, Ms Singh has received professional training in education at Shanghai and Taiwan.
Ms Singh has special interest in Transformational Leadership and her work in this sphere has placed her on the steering committee of school leadership programs at various IIMs and S.P. Jain College, Singapore. Her other areas of interest include Culture, Heritage and Social work. Deeply impacted by Tagore’s educational philosophy she believes that the primary objective of education is to enable the preservation of the perfect symphony between one’s life and the world outside.
With an aim to be a part of little toddlers in a way to provide them with a strong foundation in a playful environment, Mrs. Ritu Agarwal chose to be a Montessorian.
Born and brought up in Kolkata, she passed out from Calcutta Montessori Training Society, a leading Montessori Training Institute, after completing graduation from the University of Calcutta. In order to further upgrade her qualification, she passed out with 1st Division in B.Ed. in the year 2015.
At TKS, she started her journey as a Pre Primary teacher and got promoted as the Coordinator.
Pooja Singh is a seasoned social science teacher having academic experience of over 15 years across various schools of Delhi NCR. An alumni of the Jesus and Mary College and Lady Shri Ram College of Delhi University, she holds a post graduate degree with a specialization in History. Ms. Singh joined The Khaitan School as a social science teacher and has held the posts of Activity Coordinator, Middle School Coordinator in the past and presently overseeing the responsibilities of Head of School- Middle Wing.
Drishti Verma, is a housewife and a mother of 3 children; two sons who are presently enrolled at TKS and a daughter who passed out in 2018. Currently she is actively supporting her husband in his venture – The Designing Life Academy wherein he helps transforming the quality of life of his clients and increasing productivity in business.
She had operated the franchisee of Shemrock School (Indirapuram) for two years and had also headed Footprints Play School (Noida Sector 126) in 2013 for a year.
Born and brought up in Thanjavur, a National Level Hockey Player, Mr. Hariharan has represented the State in the categories under 14 and under 16. He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in 1996 from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli with a major in ‘Electronics and Instrumentation’. He has worked for eight years in the field of Medical Electronics / Instrumentation and pursued Post-graduation in ‘Operations Management’ from Symbiosis and for the last 15 years, he has been working in the field of Manufacturing of Hearing Devices.
Presently, he is Director of Operations / Productions of an American MNC located in Noida, where he is heading a team of 31-members.
National Award- 2004 for Teachers by President of India, has more than 30 years of experience in teaching, counselling, training and administration. Her passion to work for the underprivileged section of the society inspired her to establish a DPSG school for the underprivileged children. Whilst at DPSG, she worked on innovative projects initiated by NCERT and IIT, Delhi.
These efforts evolved an Indian substitute for the Kindergarten and Montessori system, which is being used all across the country. She was the leading light to empower the student and teacher community and establish lasting ties between countries/schools such as Singapore-Raffles, Germany – Waldorf group of schools and others in Australia, UK and USA.
Mrs. Kaamini Bhasin, Principal, DPS Noida is an alumnus of DPS Mathura Road, Delhi University and Jamia Milia Islamia. She has ably headed DPS Greater Noida (2006-2010) & DPS Vidyut Nagar, Dadri (2003-2006). Being a warm lively and accessible person, she has developed a close interaction with the students and teachers, thus enabling her to nurture the core areas of the school system effectively

Mr. McCarthy is Head of the Department, Performing Arts & Languages and Director, Performing Arts, at Ashoka University. He is a dancer, musician, instructor and choreographer who started learning piano at age-5 and went on to the University of Michigan (School of Music) and the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. He later studied Bharatanatyam at ‘The Way of the Dance School’ in Berkeley, California which paved his journey to India where he initially studied with Subbaraya Pillai (Pandanallur style of Bharatanatyam) in Chennai and subsequently with Leela Samson (Kalakshetra style of Bharatanatyam) at the Shriram Bharatiya Kala Kendra (New Delhi). He also studied Sanskrit poetics and grammar with Gopal Krishna and Carnatic music with Shyamala Sundaram.
Mr. McCarthy lives in New Delhi where he gives piano lessons and has taught Bharatanatyam at the Shriram Bharatiya Kala Kendra since 1990. He has performed extensively as a soloist in Bharatanatyam, choreographed many ensemble works and also appeared alongside many dancers trained by him. In 2012, along with film director Sandhya Kumar, Mr. McCarthy made a national award-winning film on South Indian courtesans with a grant from India Foundation for the Arts. He received the Nartaka award for life-time achievement in Bharatanatyam from Natyanjali Trust, Chennai (2017).

Hailing from Thrissur District, Kerala, she has done Masters in Zoology with B.Ed. She has been working in the field of education for the past 35-years and started her career as a ‘Principal’ in 1998 with All Saints Convent School, New Tehri. Thereafter in 2004, she was appointed Principal of ASSISI Convent School, Etah and then Krist Jayanti School, Bariya from 2011-2017. Now she has assumed charge of ASSISI Convent School, Sector 33, Noida since 2017.
A Gold medalist in post-graduation and a topper throughout her academic career, Mrs. Khurana is an educationist with 27-years of teaching and administrative experience in reputed schools across the country. She has held positions of Subject Coordinator, Examination Incharge, Time Table Incharge, Activity Coordinator, Academic Supervisor and House Warden in different stages of her service. She has also been a member of the Anti-bullying, Inclusive Education, Disaster Management and Discipline Committee at The Khaitan School.
She has contributed articles to magazines and journals related to mnemonics in teaching and on projects and games in Chemistry. She has trained students to participate in national level quizzes and examinations like Bournvita Quiz Contest, Maggie Quiz, NSTSE, National Science Olympiad etc.
She has facilitated in aligning the students to issues of national priority like Swach Bharat Abhiyaan, Fit India Movement, Green Drive, Say no to single use plastic, and Water & Energy Conservation. She has rendered support to NGO’s namely HelpAge India, Cancer Aid, Goonj and Eklavya Foundation in her personal capacity.
