Job Description –

  1. Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record
  2. Keeping track of employees’ attendance / absenteeism and report to Management.
  3. Arranging orientation program and de briefing to new employee
  4. Onboarding formalities – Personnel file, forward email addresses for new employees
  5. Drafting and issuing letters like appointment letters, increment letters, experience letter, employment proofs, relieving letters etc.
  6. Coordination regarding official mail ID and ERP ID.
  7. Maintaining Master records in the school ERP.
  8. Maintaining and updating current HR files, databases and employment status of current employees in the ERP
  9. Complete Exit formality. Getting the clearances done, handling the full and final settlement and issuing cheques and collecting recoveries.
  10. Candidate Profile
  11. Relevant experience in HR Operations role.
  12. Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently.
  13. Good oral and written communication skills
  14. Strong attention to detail
  15. Proficient computer skills
  16. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  17. Reliability and integrity
