A career counseling workshop by TIMES NIE in association with Career Launcher was held on 13th May’19 in the auditorium for the students for class 12. The guest speaker Mr.Avinashi brought in much needed information for the students to help them with “emerging careers of 21st century”. Discussions were centered around difference between interests and passion, factors affecting one’s career decision, different jobs based on different skills etc. Mr. Avinashi also spoke about knowing one’s resources at one’s disposal to make right career choices and not rushing into them. Students’ queries were answered with regards to what kind of studies one should be doing to enter that particular profession. Overall it was a very informative and a well conducted session which kept the students engaged throughout
