You do not need to contact anyone as such. Once the registration form is filled, the Admissions Incharge shall get in touch with you automatically or you should check for an email / SMS from the school. TKS offers a host of co-curricular activities as a part of the curriculum as we believe in an integrated and holistic approach to education. It includes Performing Arts, Visual Arts, opportunities for participating in activities of various Club, Sports, Athletics (track and field events), Yoga, Taekwondo and more. These activities are reviewed every year to ensure we provide relevant opportunities for our students with the rapidly changing and evolving landscape of education and we take care to offer activities that cater to the child’s physical and mental wellness.

Entry inside the premises is strictly monitored. Permission to enter the premises in granted in the following cases:

  • Students with valid Student ID’s
  • Teachers / Employees with valid Employee ID’s.
  • Parent’s with valid Parent ID and with prior appointment or on open days (PTM, functions etc.)
  • Vendors with valid Governement ID’s and appointments.
  • Visitors with valid Government ID’s and prior appointment.
The school has a full-time doctor, a part-time doctor and two full-time nurses who attend to medical emergencies and render first-aid to students and staff members. The school has a tie up with a Noida hospital and a well equipped ambulance is available in the premises. For extra care, we have a dedicated infirmary for Junior School and another one for Senior School, both of which are well equipped and air conditioned for the comfort of children. First aid kits are kept available in all buses and every floor of the school at designated places, with all necessary ointments and medicines for administrating First Aid.

We have deployed well trained male and female guards at all entrances and sensitive areas within the premises for added safety. More than 135 CCTV cameras are installed with a dedicated operator to ensure safety and timely escalation of noted issues. Fire hydrant points, smoke detectors, manual call points, fire extinguishers, emergency hooters and PA Systems are installed to handle emergency situations, in accordance with law. Scheduled practical fire training is conducted twice a year for all security and Group-D staff.

A large assembly area is designated for assembly of students and staff members away from the building, in case of emergencies like Earthquakes and Fire.

Bus safety audits are conducted to mark out the obstacles and difficulties faced children. All school buses are inspected regularly for safety and compliance. A Breath Analyzers is used to check alcohol consumption of drivers and conductors before and after trips on a random basis, four times a day. Incase of non-conformance, the driver is black listed from the school and removed immediately and the route is handed over to a responsible and able driver.

We provide a lady guard and a maid in almost every bus route for added safety and security of children. Electronic Tracking System is installed in each bus to keep track of boarding & de-boarding of students and bus routes.

Yes we provide transport to Noida, Greater Noida Expressway, Noida Extension and some parts of East Delhi. You may find the exact pick up points here. Incase of a specific query related to transport, please Contact Us .

Our students participate in international competitions such as International MUN, BRICS-MATH, all Olympiads, NTSE Tests, Aryabhatta Math competition etc. We are always on the lookout for meaningful engagements with organisations that further add to the learning interests of our students.

For Nursery, the age of the child must be minimum 3-years as on 31st March; for example, if you are applying for session 2021-22, your child should be 3 years old as on 31st March 2021.

Incase your child does not meet the age criteria, you may apply to Khaitan Pre-School, which is conveniently located right behind our campus within the same sector. Parents of Khaitan Pre-School are guaranteed admission to The Khaitan School (conditions apply).

Nursery & Prep 8:00am to 12:00pm
Classes I to V 8:00am to 2:00pm
Classes VI to XII 8:00am to 2:30pm
School timings for Nursery from 1st April 2021 shall be from 8:45am till 12:45pm.

Yes we provide the option to learn French from Class III onwards which can be taken up in Class VI as the third language. From 1st April 2021, this option shall be available for students from Class IV onwards.

Yes career counselling workshops are conducted regularly for students of Classes IX to XII. Parents are invited to participate in career counselling sessions and fairs. Experts in the field are invited to interact with the students and parents so that they are made fully aware of opportunities in diverse fields in India and overseas.

We offer a plethora of extracurricular activities such as participation in the annual literary festival, annual days at the Pre-Primary, Primary and Senior school levels, annual creative arts event, annual I-T event, annual school exhibition, annual sports day and more.

Parents can interact with the school during scheduled PTM’s / Review Meets, by fixing prior appointments with the concerned persons, through email / written application or a note in the child’s school diary.

Yes we have a number of counsellors who engage with students of different age groups and their Parents as per requirement.

Incase of withdrawal of an existing student, notice period of one month is mandatory, failing which applicable fees in lieu of notice period is payable. All dues such as Transport, Library, Late Fees, School Fee or any other outstanding fees must be paid in full for obtaining a clearance.

Incase of withdrawal of admission for a new student (before the commencement of the session), the entire Quarterly Fees is refunded except for Registration and Admission Fees, both of which are non-refundable.

Once all dues are cleared, the Transfer Certificate (TC) shall be available for download here.

No we do not have a boarding facility as we are a day school that gets over by 2:30pm.

We aim at providing equal opportunities to all students, ensuring that children are safe, cared for and given adequate social and emotional support. Students experiencing difficulty in academics are identified by respective Class and Subject Teachers and special classes are conducted for such students by the respective special educators.

In case a child is diagnosed with any specific learning difficulty, CBSE exemptions (approved by CBSE) are provided with different learning needs in order to facilitate the child’s learning. Children with different needs are closely monitored by our Counsellors with appropriate interventions, in order to boost their morale. Class Teachers and Subject Teachers also work collaboratively with counsellors in safeguarding the emotional and social well-being of children with different needs who are also given opportunities to participate in assemblies, school functions, group discussions and various competitions.

The Khaitan School is an English-medium school and the mode of instruction is English. We however do teach other languages such as Hindi, French and Sanskrit.

The Khaitan School is governed by the Uttar Pradesh Self Financed Independent Schools (Fee Regulation) Act 2018 and follows the fee increment formula as prescribed therein.

Although we do not provide meals, children are free to carry their own tiffin boxes and can also avail of the canteen facility which is optional and paid for additionally directly to the canteen at the time of purchase of any items. The menu of the Canteen is monitored by the school authorities and no junk food is permitted to be sold. However the school is not responsible for the Canteen and Parents must make their own choice whether to permit their children to eat at the Canteen or not. We encourage Parents to send healthy food from home with their children.
