A total of ten teams from various schools participated in this thrilling football extravaganza. As the matches progressed, four schools emerged as the standout performers, qualifying for the semi-finals: Somerville School Noida, The Khaitan School Noida, Somerville Greater Noida, and Kothari International School. These teams showcased exceptional skills, teamwork, and determination, earning their spots in the semi-final rounds.
After rigorous competition, the final match took place on the 16th of October, pitting Somerville School Noida against The Khaitan School Noida. The clash was an exhilarating display of athleticism, teamwork, and unwavering spirit. In the end, Somerville School Noida emerged as the triumphant team, securing the championship title. The victory was a testament to their dedication and exceptional sportsmanship throughout the tournament.
The closing ceremony was a grand affair, with Mr. Jaisheel Kaushal, the CEO of The Khaitan School, the officiating Principal Mr. Sajeev P. Paruvanani, and Head of Sports (HOMS), Ms. Pooja Singh, expressing their admiration and support for the participating students. They commended the youngsters for their remarkable efforts and underlined the importance of sports in character building, discipline, and teamwork.
