The ceremony was the culmination of a rigorous process involving democratic elections, interviews, and careful scrutiny, which led to the formation of the Senior School Cabinet and Middle School Cabinet. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Chief Guests: Major Reenu Ohlan, a distinguished officer of the Indian Army with extensive experience in counter-insurgency operations in Jammu & Kashmir, Colonel Jaisheel Kaushal, CEO of The Khaitan School, Principal Mr. Sajeev P. Paruvanani, Officiating Head of Senior School, Ms. Anjana Vashistha, and Officiating Head of Middle School, Mr. Sachin Sharma.

The ceremony commenced with inspiring addresses by the CEO and the Principal, who shared words of wisdom and encouragement with the newly elected leaders. They emphasized the importance of being proactive, compassionate, and socially aware, urging the young leaders to make a meaningful impact on their school community. The highlight of the ceremony was the conferring of titles and badges to the newly elected Presidents, Akshat Pandey and Saanvi Verma, and the Council leaders, Hardik Awana and Suhana Gujral, along with their team of Cabinet ministers and Council members.
