A multi-faceted retired Indian Army Officer, Col Jaisheel Kaushal, has 30 years of practical experience in managing the residential schools, Education Management, International Curriculum, Operations & Maintenance, Security, Training & Development, General Administration, Facilities Management, Infrastructure Maintenance, Logistics among many other realms. He was commissioned in the Indian Army in June 1991. He served in various field areas in Jammu & Kashmir and in the North East. He held various prestigious appointments in the army such as Staff Officer at the Army Headquarters, Instructor at the Aviation School, Commanding Officer, and Director of Recruitment.

He was the head of the Residential Technical Training Institute. He has a wealth of knowledge in the field of education and also served as the Director of Harvest International School and Harvest Tennis Academy. During his various tenures, he oversaw the implementation of academic curriculum, introduced and produced e-learning technology intensive smart classrooms, developed extensive course materials, and created training aids. He also trained instructors and revamped the entire training modules and planned and executed educational and sports excursions and tours. He served as a Bursar with Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya. His last assignment was with The Lawrence School, Sanawar, as a Bursar.

Mr Sajeev Philip is an academician with 25 years of experience serving prestigious schools across the country. He is a postgraduate in English and Political Science besides having a degree in Bachelor in Education. In 2012, he assumed the position of  Head of Department, English and in July 2020, he was promoted to the Head Of Senior School. In 2023, he was further promoted to the Principal. 

Besides being an outstanding teacher, he has been the architect of the school magazine since 2012. Under his able leadership and guidance, the school has put up some excellent adaptations of Broadway productions and Shakespearean plays on Annual Days.

Ms. Anjana Vashishtha is an esteemed educator renowned for her leadership and
innovation in education and technology. With over twenty years of experience, she
began her journey at The Khaitan School, Noida in 2008 as a PGT Computer Science
Teacher. In 2021, she assumed the pivotal role of Head of the Computer Science
Department. Holding a Master’s degree in Science with a specialization in Information
Technology, Ms. Vashishtha showcases her expertise and passion in the field.
Ms. Vashishtha is recognized for her exceptional organizational skills, particularly in
successfully managing the Annual IT fest for the past decade. Her unwavering
dedication to student engagement has consistently ensured the event’s success year
after year. Additionally, she has been appointed as the Head Examiner by the Central
Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for both 2022 and 2023, further highlighting her
commitment to academic excellence.
Throughout her illustrious career, Ms. Vashishtha has prioritized teamwork, leadership,
and continuous learning. Her dedication and skills have positioned her as a pivotal
figure within the institution. With her visionary leadership, Ms. Vashishtha ensures the

With an aim to be a part of little toddlers in a way to provide them with a strong foundation in a playful environment, Mrs. Ritu Agarwal chose to be a Montessorian.

Born and brought up in Kolkata, she passed out from Calcutta Montessori Training Society, a leading Montessori Training Institute, after completing graduation from the University of Calcutta. In order to further upgrade her qualification, she passed out with 1st Division in B.Ed. in the year 2015.

At TKS, she started her journey as a Pre Primary teacher and then got promoted as the Pre Primary Coordinator. Now, she is our Head of ECCE.

Mrs. Sarabjeet Kaur is a homemaker.

National Award- 2004 for Teachers by President of India, has more than 30 years of experience in teaching, counselling, training and administration. Her passion to work for the underprivileged section of the society inspired her to establish a DPSG school for the underprivileged children. Whilst at DPSG, she worked on innovative projects initiated by NCERT and IIT, Delhi.

These efforts evolved an Indian substitute for the Kindergarten and Montessori system, which is being used all across the country. She was the leading light to empower the student and teacher community and establish lasting ties between countries/schools such as Singapore-Raffles, Germany – Waldorf group of schools and others in Australia, UK and USA.

Mrs. Kaamini Bhasin, Principal, DPS Noida is an alumnus of DPS Mathura Road, Delhi University and Jamia Milia Islamia. She has ably headed DPS Greater Noida (2006-2010) & DPS Vidyut Nagar, Dadri (2003-2006). Being a warm lively and accessible person, she has developed a close interaction with the students and teachers, thus enabling her to nurture the core areas of the school system effectively

Mr. McCarthy is Head of the Department, Performing Arts & Languages and Director, Performing Arts, at Ashoka University. He is a dancer, musician, instructor and choreographer who started learning piano at age-5 and went on to the University of Michigan (School of Music) and the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. He later studied Bharatanatyam at ‘The Way of the Dance School’ in Berkeley, California which paved his journey to India where he initially studied with Subbaraya Pillai (Pandanallur style of Bharatanatyam) in Chennai and subsequently with Leela Samson (Kalakshetra style of Bharatanatyam) at the Shriram Bharatiya Kala Kendra (New Delhi). He also studied Sanskrit poetics and grammar with Gopal Krishna and Carnatic music with Shyamala Sundaram.

Mr. McCarthy lives in New Delhi where he gives piano lessons and has taught Bharatanatyam at the Shriram Bharatiya Kala Kendra since 1990. He has performed extensively as a soloist in Bharatanatyam, choreographed many ensemble works and also appeared alongside many dancers trained by him. In 2012, along with film director Sandhya Kumar, Mr. McCarthy made a national award-winning film on South Indian courtesans with a grant from India Foundation for the Arts. He received the Nartaka award for life-time achievement in Bharatanatyam from Natyanjali Trust, Chennai (2017).

Hailing from Thrissur District, Kerala, she has done Masters in Zoology with B.Ed. She has been working in the field of education for the past 35-years and started her career as a ‘Principal’ in 1998 with All Saints Convent School, New Tehri. Thereafter in 2004, she was appointed Principal of ASSISI Convent School, Etah and then Krist Jayanti School, Bariya from 2011-2017. Now she has assumed charge of ASSISI Convent School, Sector 33, Noida since 2017.
