The Eisenhower Matrix: A prioritization framework to help students manage tasks effectively.
Rhythmic Deep Breathing Exercises: Techniques to reduce stress and enhance concentration.
Affirmations: Positive statements to build confidence and reduce examination anxiety.
Students were guided on creating a balanced study routine that includes regular breaks, mindfulness practices, and a focus on mental health to maximize academic success.
