On the 22nd of August 2024, The Khaitan School organized an informative workshop for Class XI students, conducted by Jamboree Education. The session was led by Mr. Rohit Bagla, Business Head of Jamboree Education, who provided valuable insights into profile building, standardized tests like SAT, ACT, IELTS, and TOEFL, as well as study abroad opportunities.
The workshop offered a comprehensive overview of the admission processes and eligibility criteria for Ivy League and other top universities worldwide. Mr. Bagla guided the students through the complexities of the USA education system and presented a comparative analysis of studying in countries like India, the USA, Singapore, Canada, the UK, Germany, and Hong Kong.
One of the key highlights of the session was the discussion on scholarship options and how students can avail these opportunities to fund their education abroad. The students were also enlightened about the various job opportunities available after course completion and the potential return on investment from pursuing higher education overseas.
To inspire the students, success stories of former students who are currently studying and working abroad were shared, providing real-world examples of how a well-crafted academic and extracurricular profile can open doors to prestigious institutions and lucrative careers.
