A three-day educational excursion to Jaipur, the Pink City of India, was organized for students of Classes IX and XI from January 5 to January 7, 2025. The trip, attended by 86 students and 9 teachers, was led by Ms. Anjana Vashishtha, Head of Senior School, and Mr. Himanshu Joshi, Trip Incharge. The journey provided students with historical insights, cultural exposure, and unforgettable experiences, making it a perfect blend of learning and leisure.

Day 1: Departure and Birla Temple Visit
The students departed from school at 9:00 AM, enjoying a packed breakfast en route. After a scenic journey, they arrived at the hotel in Jaipur at 3:30 PM, where they were welcomed with a refreshing lunch. In the evening, the group visited the Birla Temple, an architectural marvel known for its intricate carvings and serene ambiance. The day ended with an energetic DJ night at the hotel, allowing students to unwind and enjoy themselves before dinner and rest.

Day 2: Exploring Jaipur’s Heritage
The second day started with a delicious breakfast, preparing students for an exciting exploration of Jaipur’s rich heritage. The first stop was the City Palace, the residence of the local Maharajas, where students marveled at its ornate courtyards, museums, and historical artifacts. This was followed by a visit to the Jal Mahal, a stunning palace floating on Man Sagar Lake, offering breathtaking views.
After lunch, the students ventured to the Amber Fort, perched on a ridge on the city’s outskirts. They were fascinated by its majestic architecture, historical significance, and panoramic views. The day concluded with another vibrant DJ night, ensuring students enjoyed a mix of learning and fun before settling in for the night.

Day 3: Albert Hall Museum and Return Journey
On the final day, after breakfast, the group visited the Albert Hall Museum, home to a vast collection of artifacts from around the world. The museum’s exhibits provided a deep dive into history, art, and culture. Post this enriching visit, the students returned to the hotel for lunch before commencing their journey back to Noida.

A Memorable Experience for Students and Parents
The Jaipur trip was an unforgettable experience, allowing students to immerse themselves in the historical and cultural grandeur of Rajasthan. Beyond sightseeing, it fostered camaraderie, independence, and hands-on learning outside the classroom. The parents expressed their gratitude to the teachers and organizers for ensuring a well-planned, safe, and enjoyable excursion.
