The 3rd District Yogasana Sports Championship 2024, held on July 27th and 28th at Indus Valley Public School, Noida, was a remarkable event showcasing the talents of young yogis from across Gautam Buddh Nagar. Organized by the District Yogasana Sports Association, the championship saw participation from 20 schools, each bringing their best athletes to compete in this prestigious event.
The competition featured three distinct categories: Traditional Yoga, Artistic Yoga, and Rhythmic Yogasana, with participants divided into various age groups, including Mini Sub Junior, Sub Junior, Junior, and Senior. A panel of six judges meticulously evaluated the performances, focusing on technique, alignment, breath control, and overall presentation.
