On 12th November 2024, The Khaitan School, Noida successfully conducted the Round 2 of the prestigious Avinya Inter-School Competition, which focused on Sustainable Development ideas. This event brought together bright young minds from various schools to present their innovative solutions addressing the most pressing environmental challenges of our time.

Esteemed Panelists Lead the Evaluation
The competition was judged by a distinguished panel of experts who brought their vast knowledge and experience to evaluate the students’ creativity and problem-solving skills. The esteemed panelists for Round 2 included:

Top Three Ideas Shortlisted by the Panelists

Team-1: Vaidant Tyagi and Rishit Sharma from The Khaitan School, Noida
Their idea demonstrated a strong understanding of sustainable practices, showcasing an innovative model for reducing carbon emissions in urban areas.Individual Team: Adyasha Pradhan from Bal Bharti Public School, Noida
Adyasha presented a groundbreaking app prototype focused on raising awareness about sustainable food sourcing and reducing food wastage, an idea with both environmental and social implications.Individual Team: Geetika Suri from Kulachi Hansraj School, Delhi
Geetika’s project focused on sustainable water management solutions, addressing the growing water crisis with a solution that could be implemented in households and communities.
