On 27th December 2024, a General Awareness Quiz – Wiz Quiz 7 was conducted to test and enhance participants’ knowledge across multiple domains. The event aimed to foster critical thinking, curiosity, and awareness among students, making learning an engaging and dynamic experience.
The quiz featured a variety of thought-provoking themes, including:
Ink and Imagination – Exploring literary and creative worlds.
The Innovation Chronicles – Delving into groundbreaking scientific and technological advancements.
Vanishing Wonders – Raising awareness about environmental and ecological concerns.
Current Catch-Up – Keeping students updated on global and national current affairs.
A key highlight of the quiz was the inclusion of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTs) questions, which encouraged deeper analysis and problem-solving. As students were on hybrid mode, the quiz was conducted orally, ensuring active participation and engagement.
The primary objective of Wiz Quiz 7 was to educate students on current trends in Science and Technology, Current Affairs, and the Environment. Students found the quiz both challenging and enjoyable, appreciating the opportunity to apply their knowledge in a competitive yet fun setting.
