On 30th June 2025, the educators of The Khaitan School participated in an inspiring and transformative workshop titled “Teaching with Impact”, conducted by renowned educator and motivational speaker Ms. Sherry Banoti. The workshop focused on how teachers can create a lasting impression through their appearance, behavior, and communication style, reinforcing the idea that teaching goes far beyond textbooks.
The session opened with a powerful reflective activity, inviting teachers to recall their favourite teacher from school and identify the qualities that made them memorable. This emotional and personal exercise instantly resonated with the audience, setting a thoughtful tone for the rest of the workshop.
Ms. Banoti emphasized that first impressions matter, highlighting that trust and credibility are often established within the first few seconds of an interaction.
